Every Carbon Freaks part is precision carbon fiber, made to order in limited runs. Because of that, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check your fitment (make, model, and year) before you check out — we are happy to confirm fitment by email first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email us at carbonfreaks@protonmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement of the same item. This applies only to damaged-on-arrival or mis-shipped items — it is not a general return.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at carbonfreaks@protonmail.com. We can only cancel an order that has not yet shipped.
